Now, YOUR “Back to Basics” starter program** includes: —> 1 Consultation (30 mins) —> 2 Personal Training Sessions (45 mins each) —> 1 Massage/Manual Therapy Treatment (30 mins) Your investment is only $173.50 (valued at $282.75). Cancellation Policy

Personal Training (consults/Sessions): 24 hours Notice MUST be given to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment or a $50.00 Missed session fee will be applied and the missed session and cost will be forfeited. (I am pretty flexible when it comes to this, however this is my living I can't be to kind.) *Rescheduling is available on a case by case scenario* **Sessions Can be done via Zoom, Face-time, IG Caller, Or Facebook Caller.**
