Low Impact Bootcamp - Starting May 2nd - May 23 (4 Classes)

Join Shawn Raymond Of SRTraiing for the first trial Low Impact Bootcamp on April 18th @ 7:00pm MST for a 40min workout with a dynamic warm up of 10 min to start and a relaxing total body strech session at the end of the 40 min workout. 

This bootcamp is geared to be about engaging and strengthening the muscles of the body with slow controlled reps and adequate rest to allow the tissues of the body time to adapt and repond. this is the perfect workout for anyone getting started back on their fitness jounrey or for anone feeling disconnected or lost in their body. Use this class as a tool and a resouce to connect inward to your tight or stiff muscles, build strength into them and get your body moving. #movementismedicine
